Registered participants, their optional experience surveys, global session messages and notification testing. Pilot feedback is self-reported, not a clinical measurement.
Administrator sign in
Each administrator has their own account. The same email address can also be used for a regular pilot participant.
First login or forgotten password? Request a private password setup/reset email. First-time invitations last 24 hours; reset links last 15 minutes. Email links do not sign you into administration.
If no email arrives, check Spam or Junk and search for account@miracleminuteprotocol.com. Wait at least five minutes before requesting another link.
Set your administrator password
Verify your invitation and choose your personal administrator password before entering the dashboard.
Your invitation link only verifies your email address. Access to the administration dashboard requires your password.
My administrator password
Set or change your private administrator password. It is separate from your pilot participant password, even if you use the same email address.
For security, save your new password within 15 minutes of signing in with your administrator password or one-time email link. After that, sign out and sign in again first.
Forgot your administrator password? Sign out, request a fresh email sign-in link, then choose a new password.
Administrator access & permissions
Only the current Owner can invite, resend invitations, suspend, reactivate or delete other administrators. You can also transfer ownership to an active administrator who has set a personal password; you will then become a standard Administrator. Admin and participant accounts remain separate.
Choose what each administrator can see and do by ticking the sections below their email and pressing Save access. New administrators start with no access until you grant it. The Owner always has full access.
You can also send a password reset link to an administrator who has forgotten their password. The recipient must set the new password themselves. Links for existing administrators expire after 15 minutes.
First-time invitations expire after 24 hours; sign-in links for existing administrators expire after 15 minutes. Resends are limited to one every five minutes. Recipients should check Spam or Junk. Ownership transfer requires a fresh Owner sign-in (within 15 minutes) and signs both parties out.
Email delivery
Owner only. See recent administrator invitations, registration confirmations, password resets, installation surveys and support notifications. Accepted means the email provider accepted the message, not that it reached the Inbox.
Texts & Translations
Edit English, French and Spanish separately. Manual — protected always wins over the app's built-in translation. Automatic — built-in allows the app to use its bundled translation again, without deleting your saved wording. Changing English does not overwrite French or Spanish.
Search the existing text catalog, or enter an exact English phrase from the app. Each approval is saved on Cloudflare and remains in place across new deployments. Worldwide Thoughts and participant messages have their own editors.
Tester requests
Requests first appear as Awaiting email confirmation. After the applicant clicks their verification link, the request becomes eligible for an invitation. Choose Invite to send a personal link; the applicant then moves to Tester Invitations. Inviting requires permission for both areas.
Confirmed — ready to invite
Awaiting email confirmation
These requests are saved but not yet verified. The applicant must click the emailed link within 48 hours. You cannot invite them until they confirm. Expired requests are omitted. The Owner can remove an unconfirmed request without deleting a tester account.
Tester invitations
See invited people and how many have registered. Personal links expire after seven days; they are sent to the invited person's email. Existing accounts remain active. The Owner can remove unaccepted invitation records, including revoked or expired ones, without deleting registered testers.

Registration settings (Owner only)
When enabled, new accounts require a valid invitation. Existing users can still sign in. When disabled, new registrations are open.
Invite someone directly
Information subscribers
People who asked to receive news about MMp, its progress, and official app availability. Only email-confirmed contacts appear here. These are not tester accounts. Information emails are not sent automatically.
Registered testers
During invitation-only testing, new accounts require a personal invitation. Existing users continue to sign in as usual.
Pause or suspend a tester to disable access. Reactivation preserves their data. Only the Owner can permanently delete tester accounts, their reminders and their survey responses. Administrator accounts and MMp news subscriptions are not deleted.
If a participant cannot request a password reset themselves, click Send password reset beside their active account. The participant receives a private 30-minute link and chooses their own new password. You cannot view their password.
Clean up test accounts (Owner only)
Select accounts by status or tick individual testers below. Nothing is removed until you review the exact accounts and confirm deletion.
No testers selected.
Minute participation
See when registered people joined a worldwide Miracle Minute or finished a personal 60-second timer. A worldwide join is not proof of completing the full minute. Times are Pacific Time. Tracking begins with this release; historical unnamed joins cannot reliably be linked to accounts.
Installation support tickets
Submitted requests stay here even when an email notification is delayed. This is a ticket inbox, not live chat.
Installation feedback
Each tester is asked three questions after their first login. Responses are saved once per participant.
Minute surveys
Four questions appear after a completed minute. Scores range from 1 (low) to 5 (high). Comments are optional. The table shows the latest 200 responses.
Test worldwide reminders
Send a simulated worldwide-session notification only to subscribed devices belonging to the account you select below. When you tap Open Miracle Minute, the selected Thought and sample timer open in the focused minute view. For a Start test, the six 10-second texts appear immediately; for early warnings, they begin after the sample countdown. No real session starts and no other participants are contacted.
The selected reminder is sent immediately and marked TEST. The email address identifies the registered account; this is a push notification, not an email sent to the inbox. Any subscribed devices on that account may receive it. No other accounts are targeted.
Session thoughts
Times are Pacific Time. Testers who enabled reminders receive this message ten minutes before their selected session, a preparation alert two minutes before, and a start alert.
Import messages
You can reimport an exported file containing sessionStart and message; its original Pacific session dates and times will be preserved. Alternatively, use one thought per CSV row, with a column named message (or a single column without a heading). Quoted commas and line breaks are supported. The first row goes to your chosen Pacific session, then each following row to the next 3-hour worldwide session, including overnight. Maximum 250 thoughts per file and 500 characters per thought. The file stays on your device; only confirmed thoughts are saved.
The messages will be shown for review when you select a CSV. Choose the messages to import; original session dates and times are preserved for exported files.
Red = existing thought; green = different thought from the CSV. Select the rows you want to import. Unchanged rows are skipped.
Export messages (optional)
Optional: download saved messages as a CSV for backup or editing.
