Testimonials

Here is a testimonial from a person with schizophrenia.

I reached out to Fanny because I was feeling disconnected from the world and myself on a daily basis. I had a lot of negativity, resentment and was just truly oblivious of where and who I truly was. I didn't really even think things could change for me but I had to do something. She suggested several things like changing my diet, drinking more water and practicing the miracle minute protocol. I was reluctant at first but I figured I will give it a shot.

So I set five alarms on my iPhone for 9 a.m, 12 p.m, 3 p.m, 6 p.m and 9 p.m that each repeat every day. When the alarm went off I stopped what I was doing and did what was suggested on the miracle minute protocol directional page online which are really very simple things. After about a few days I felt like I was really waking up both to the soul I had abandoned and the world I had chosen to detach from long ago.

It allows me to appreciate the fact that I even have the freedom to sit for one minute and be grateful for life in general. So often I get lost in my life and resentment and even my career and don't have time to simply come back to my breathing and just be there with it with nothing to gain. When I did so a lot of the negativity I had been holding onto naturally fell away and I found what I was really looking for in life.

Don't get me wrong you will have to face some painful emotions and sit through them but those are some of the best experiences to sit through whatever comes up in the minute. You embrace and afterwards you go back to life. Overall it's a gentle way of becoming more conscious of life and what is really going on in yourself and the world around you.

It's a miracle. MMP has been and continues to be the five most crucial minutes in my day. It is important to stop what you are doing during that time and devote that full minute to mindful breathing and what is suggested on the site. See for yourself what happens.

I was pretty depressed and feeling pretty hopeless. On a scale of zero to ten, ten being completely hopeless, I was a solid eight. Now I feel like I'm a good three. I still have times I feel down on myself but I realize it's fleeting and will pass. Those things get better.
